(yes, the awesome 60’s Leo movie) he talked about something interesting that happened while he was pretending to be a doctor at a teaching hospital. Before leaving one night a doctor-in-training came up to him and thanked him for how much Frank let him and his peers work independently, unaware that it was because it was all an act.
That’s how I feel today, everyone on my team is doing great and I’ve delegated them properly… but I can’t quite shake that I probably can’t do more than half of the stuff they do.
